Sylvia's bakery/coffee shop. It's in downtown Mount Vernon. I encourage all of you to go and try some of the best food in the world. Who knows, maybe I will even wash your dishes.
So anyways. This is my rest week but I'm doing the Iowa City group ride tomorrow anyway. Isn't that bad? Should be a fun time, I'm heading up with Steve Delong, a guy I have been training with since the Washington administration. Today I felt like shit, as is usually the case when it is hot and humid. Tomorrow could end up being pretty interesting.
